Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
Deposits must be paid to secure and confirm a booking, and will be seen as a non refundable registration fee.
All retreats must be paid 60 days prior to arrival, failure to do so, will forfeit your retreat and loss of the deposit.
Bookings made up to 8 weeks before a retreat commences, the full payment is due immediately upon verbal or email confirmation of availability.
50% Refund will be provided on cancellations between 45-60 days prior to the departure date of the booked retreat.
30% Refund will be provided on cancellations between 30 -44 days prior to the departure date of the booked retreat.
No Refund will be provided between 0-25 days prior to the departure date of the booked retreat.
No refund will be provided for premature leaving of a retreat or failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason.
All requests for refunds are to be made in writing and be received by Sa-Kara Health Retreat.
We reserve the right to terminate your retreat at any time, for any unreasonable behaviour towards any of our staff and without a refund.
Please read our Contra-Indications prior to undertaking any retreat. You must inform us using the Health Questionnaire of any Pre Existing Medical Conditions at the time of booking.
We may feel it necessary to contact you to discuss any part of the Detox programme, treatments and classes and your participation in them prior to arrival.
We recommend that you seek advice from your Doctor regarding any concerns regarding your participation in any of our Retreats.
If you are on any form of Medication, please inform us and seek advice from your Doctor as whether our Detox, or Cancer retreat is contra indicated and to ensure our programme is safe for you to participate in. You are fully responsible for your health during your stay with us including participation in any classes or treatments you undertake.
Sa-Kara Health Retreat cannot be held responsible for any health issues that arise as a result of any contra-indications that have not been disclosed prior to arrival at our retreat.
The information provided by us on our website should not be construed as medical advice and we do not accept responsibility for any consequence that occurs form the use of this site or its services.
Anyone with major chronic illness should consult with their GP or Naturopath before attending. In certain cases, we may ask for a letter from your GP to say that you are well enough to attend a Detox retreat.
Detox retreats are not suitable if you are pregnant or breast feeding, because toxins released by the body during the Detox can cross the placenta or be passed on through the mother’s milk.
You need to complete the medical information form before your booking will be accepted. Sa-Kara Health Retreat reserves the right to reject a booking when it is considered that a juice fast is not appropriate for a specific health condition
Contra-Indications to Juice Fasting & Colonics:
There are certain conditions that are contra-indicated for attending our Retreats.Please read carefully the following conditions to ensure that Sa-Kara Detox Retreats are a safe program for you to emabrk on before reseving a place on one of pour retreats.
Contra-Indicated Conditions for Colonic Irrigation:
- Severe Anaemia
- Severe Haemorrhoids
- Crohns Disease
- Ulcerative Colitis
- Recent Colonoscopy or Sigmoidoscopy within 6 months
- Abdominal Hernias
- Congestive Heart Failure
- Fissures or Fistulas
- Diabetes type 1
Contra- Indications for Juice Fasting
- Diabetes type 1
- Nursing Mothers
- Cardiac Arrythmias
- Eating Disorders
- Kidney Disfunction
- Advanced heart disease
